Refund and Returns Policy:

At Golden Hands, we are committed to providing you with excellent products and services. If, however, you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us, and we will work diligently to resolve any concerns.

Before making a purchase, please ensure that you have clarity on dimensions, color, and delivery timelines. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

If you need to return or replace an item, you have a 30-day window starting from the receipt of your order. Please contact us for confirmation before initiating a return. Returned items must be in perfect, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item in impeccable condition, we will promptly issue a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item. You will be refunded the original purchase price upon receiving the returned item.

Please note that we refund the item price only; shipping fees are refundable only for faulty or transit-damaged items. The buyer is responsible for sending and exchange shipping fees. Additional shipping fees apply for replacement items.

Custom handmade orders are non-refundable.

During the Christmas shopping season, we extend the return time for Christmas gift purchases. Items kept in new, unworn condition can be returned or exchanged after Christmas.
